Big volume cold stores are built with continuously produced sandwich panel. The panel consists in a core of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam injected between two metal sheet, expanded without HCFC's and a nominal density of 40 kg/m3. The steel sheet can be slightly ribbed or smooth and of a steel sheet thickness of 0,5mm or more.
The main difference between industrial sandwich panels or continuously produced sandwich panels and eccentric hook panels is that the union between panels with tongue and groove joint and using screws on the base and top part of the panels. Joints can be syliconed or not depending on the use.
We have a very big consumption of industrial sandwich panels. Because of that our buying prices are very good, and that advantage is applied to our selling prices.
Our panels are certificated both on the manufacturing process as on their dimensional characteristics and behavior against fire.
