Our panels are certified both in their manufacturing process and in terms of their behavior against fire and dimensional characteristics.
Industrial sandwich panel
Large volume cold rooms are built using a continuous sandwich panel. It consists of a core of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam injected between 2 galvanized and lacquered steel sheets, being the foam without HCFCs and with a nominal density of 40 kg / m3. The steel sheet may be slightly ribbed or completely smooth and with a sheet thickness of 0.5 mm or more.
These panels incorporate hooks in their entire length every 50 cm so that the union between panels is reinforced by closing said hooks to ensure tightness. We use these panels for individual chambers of approximately 40 to 200 m² and any height.
Prefabricated panels in continuous production line. They are composed of two prepainted galvanized steel sheets, joined by a core of rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, forming a sandwich type element with a male and female joint. Specially designed for use on all types of roofs, both in industrial, modular and commercial buildings.
Rock wool panel
Panels with high resistance to fire, designed to manufacture continuously. Its coatings are metallic and are formed around a core of rock wool. The panels can be manufactured to build acoustic barriers and sound absorption zones for noise reduction. Rockwool panels provide a balance between thermal insulation and very demanding fire conditions.
Depending on use and application, they can be manufactured with rock wool of variable density between 100 kg / m3 and 140 kg / m3.
